- Overseeing recruitment, service delivery, and partner support as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Implementing strategies and managing operations across all branches within your jurisdiction.
- Maintaining complete and orderly administrative processes at branch offices.
- Ensuring branch operations run smoothly by meeting licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
- Upholding strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
- Facilitating optimal performance among staff through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Ensuring operational efficiency in your regional branches by effectively managing human resources.
- Driving the expansion initiatives set by Amartha successfully.
- Maintaining portfolio quality in line with Amartha’s goals and ensuring branch audit results meet management expectations.
