- Drive and achieve sales targets within the designated area.
- Conduct daily visits to merchants to foster relationships and promote our services.
- Ensure that programs within the area are effectively implemented and sales targets are consistently met.
- Oversee the placement of Point of Purchase (POP) promotional materials in stores to enhance visibility.
- Collaborate with operational teams and partners to gather insights on sales performance, competitors, and market challenges.
- Manage a team of around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and approximately 80 Sales Promoters.
- Monitor and guide the daily activities of the Promoters to ensure optimal performance.
- Facilitate training sessions and refreshers for field team members to enhance their skills.
- Track and analyze first-billing data generated by Promoters and merchants.
