- Assess equipment operating conditions to uncover potential risks, utilizing planned maintenance downtime effectively for corrective actions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment, continuously improving existing design flaws to enhance operational efficiency and provide digitized solutions.
- Actively promote continuous improvement of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), employing effective scientific tools to enhance problem-solving methods.
- Manage spare parts planning and management, actively driving localization of spare parts to reduce maintenance costs while ensuring equipment stability.
- Provide technical training to engineers, technicians, and new employees, sharing experiences to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
- Organize and implement installation and debugging of new equipment.
- Engage in effective communication with colleagues from other departments to align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with overseas parent plants and sister factories for timely communication and mutual support.
