ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator to manage the daily processing of supplier invoices for a varied portfolio, encompassing commercial, industrial, and retail properties.This position necessitates regular communication with the accounts team, as well as correspondence via email and phone with property managers and suppliers, ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices.As part of the accounts payable team, you will collaborate closely with Property Management teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablishing and nurturing strong professional relationships with suppliers and colleagues in both the accounting teams and across the business is crucial for your success. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with key performance indicators (KPIs) across a diverse portfolio of properties, including commercial, industrial, retail, and residential.Your responsibilities will involve regular communication with the Accounts team, Property Managers, and suppliers to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.
