Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality Documentation Technician, you will coordinate and oversee the following critical components:Management of the documentation system (ECC SAP 6.0)Facilitate the creation and routing of Engineering Change Record Orders (ECRO) within SAP.Ensure proper routing and release of documentation within SAP.Oversee the documentation change process (CCF).Control and manage documents and records.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for documentation compliance.TasksCollaborate with local stakeholders across production, quality, and engineering to maintain procedures, work instructions, and forms that align with BD requirements.Ensure the control, issuance, and recording of all documentation for the manufacturing environment and electronic document control via SharePoint as necessary.Provide training for production associates on the effective use of documentation and compliance requirements.Manage controlled signage effectively.Generate and report Quality Management System (QMS) metrics and targets established by both local and global stakeholders.Maintain the SAP plant Bill of Material (BOM) for products and materials.Conduct regular audits of production documentation processes to guarantee compliance.Offer guidance to production and office staff regarding Quality system setup and overall direction.Assist in the change control process as needed.Oversee approvals via DocuSign.Click 'Apply' if this opportunity resonates with you!
