We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in the APAC region from our Sydney office. As the principal HR contact for approximately 120 employees and managers across Australia and New Zealand, you will report directly to the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver comprehensive HR leadership and hands-on support to managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will also oversee an HR Coordinator to enhance daily HR operations and ensure an outstanding employee experience. This position is Hybrid, requiring occasional attendance at our Sydney office.
