Promote resident satisfaction to support renewals and referrals. Community Operations Support Accurately process lease paperwork and collect deposits. Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM and prospect records. Help keep the office and model units ready for tours and visitors. Assist with the annual turnover process as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and local market. Support market surveys and various administrative tasks. Assist with move-in and move-out events, including handling deposits and fees.
