We are seeking a dynamic BPO Trainer to create impactful training programs, enhance team performance, and foster operational excellence through effective learning strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supporting international travel accounts.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a BPO Process Trainer.
- Experience with the Expedia account is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the delivery of training materials such as presentations, training manuals, and course evaluations.
- Managing and coordinating training schedules to meet organizational needs.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge in the relevant discipline and contributing significantly to operational processes.
- Implementing specialized projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior professionals, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Driving improvements in daily activities and processes.
