Critical infrastructure may be included under administrator responsibilities as necessary, guided by senior team members. Handle support calls, analyze issues, and execute resolution tasks following established playbooks, escalating complex matters to senior staff when needed. Continuously monitor infrastructure components outside of OD oversight, implementing corrective actions as per existing protocols. Distribute monitoring reports to relevant teams through Teams GC or email as per defined schedules. Conduct routine maintenance on non-critical infrastructure components, including cleanup of redundant elements, system backups, vendor maintenance, and decommissioning as applicable. Implement system configuration requirements and parameters as needed. Configure systems to meet the high availability standards set by the bank. Establish security setups for systems in accordance with bank security standards, regularly applying patches and addressing any vulnerability gaps, escalating critical patch needs to senior staff.
