Role Overview
Skeleton Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management team in Tallinn. This position involves overseeing both technical and commercial aspects of project definition and execution. The role works closely with global development and sales teams, as well as direct coordination with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through clear communication.
- Gather requirements and define project scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinate teams and vendors, assign tasks, and drive project execution.
- Track project performance, manage risks and changes, and escalate issues as needed.
- Continue developing leadership skills and support successful project delivery, including other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective documentation management.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid decision-making abilities and a collaborative approach.
- PMP or similar certification is considered an advantage.
