- Efficiently processes Enrollment and Plan Change Applications while adhering to a structured script.
- Engages with potential members through brief Q&A sessions or directs them to the Rep of the Day for more comprehensive information.
- Initiates outbound calls to existing members who may qualify for plan modifications.
- Utilizes CRM systems for tracking leads, monitoring client status, and ensuring effective follow-up.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
