We proudly serve 11 cities, with five operational pools in Jabodetabek.Your RoleAs a Fleet Body Repair Associate, you will conduct audits of vehicle body repairs to ensure precise workshop estimates, minimize repair downtime, and prevent fraudulent repair claims in our self-insured fleet. You will collaborate closely with Fleet Operations and Quality teams to maintain high repair standards. This role reports to Fleet Support Management and is based at our BSD Pool. Key ResponsibilitiesInspect return units for reported damages and validate repair requests, ensuring legitimacy and accuracy.Analyze trends regarding parts replacement versus repairs, emphasizing cost and time efficiency.Identify and report potential fraudulent repair requests and misuse of self-repair by drivers or staff.Work with the workshop network to define repair scope and provide recommendations on whether to repair or replace.Assist in data analytics for damage trends and spare parts requirements.Oversee field assessors to ensure timely assessments, thereby reducing vehicle idle time.
