As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound communications in both English and Spanish.
- Efficiently resolving customer service concerns while maintaining professionalism.
