As we expand our global reach, we are seeking a data-driven User Acquisition Manager to spearhead our Google Ads initiatives and our Web2App strategy. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the user acquisition strategy, budget management, and channel optimization to create high-converting web quiz funnels that attract quality users to our mobile application. This role is critical, with complete accountability for web funnels and paid performance channels, collaborating across teams to directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale campaigns on Google Ads and other paid platforms with a focus on revenue-driven objectives.
- Define and implement the Web2App strategy, optimizing quiz-based funnels to attract high-intent users to our app.
- Conduct thorough analysis of funnel performance to identify and rectify conversion bottlenecks.
- Manage monthly budgets exceeding $1M, with a focus on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Data, and Creative teams to quickly ideate, test, and launch growth initiatives.
- Introduce innovative ideas, tools, and methodologies to enhance acquisition efficiency continuously.
