Your role as a CNC Milling Operator is essential to our operations, as you will operate and program the machines and robots that are critical to our success. This is a challenging position, but we will provide you with all the training you need to excel.What Will You Do?The CNC Milling Operator/Programmer is responsible for the entire milling process, from supplying a 3D model to successfully machining the final product. You will also create, modify, and manage CNC milling programs. Additionally, the CNC operator/programmer is the expert in milling and programming, assisting colleagues in determining milling strategies. You will operate a 3- or 5-axis milling machine, producing highly precise (composite) components for various applications.This role operates on a two-shift system, where you and your colleagues ensure a seamless transition between shifts to deliver top-notch work.Who Will You Work With?You will be part of a close-knit team within the production department. You will frequently interact with your team leader, foreman, and colleagues from Quality and Engineering.
