Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a daily visit schedule to engage with customers, meeting both qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
- Achieve sales volume objectives across various product categories and ensure effective product distribution.
- Analyze market needs and trends to align strategies with customer expectations.
- Foster and maintain robust customer relationships through a value-driven approach.
- Participate in sales department meetings to stay informed about objectives, product updates, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive sales strategies and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP & CRM software.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to specific audiences.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
