Our Black Lake site in Thetford Mines, Quebec, plays a vital role in our expansion into surface operations and CO₂ injection for permanent underground storage, leveraging the region's unique geology and skilled workforce.
Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Electromechanical Operator to join our team at the Black Lake site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role merges electrical and mechanical expertise into a single operator position responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of surface equipment and injection systems. You will be the technical cornerstone of the site, maintaining mechanical systems, diagnosing electrical issues, operating human-machine interfaces (HMI), and ensuring process stability across all equipment. This is a full-time permanent position with rotating day and night shifts (7 days on/7 days off) in an industrial environment requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
