Join us as a Medior or Senior Asbestos and Demolition Supervisor.We are expanding and replacing members of our team, seeking: One or more Asbestos and Demolition Supervisors One Senior Asbestos and Demolition Supervisor.If you are at the beginning of your next career step or ready for more substantive and strategic responsibilities, we would love to meet you.Your ResponsibilitiesAs an Asbestos and Demolition Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and responsible removal of asbestos and contribute to the secure demolition of buildings in the regions of Midden- and West-Brabant. You will oversee compliance with laws and regulations by companies and individuals, intervene when necessary, and contribute to a clean and safe living environment. Your key tasks include:Conducting risk-oriented supervision of asbestos remediation and structural demolition;Implementing appropriate interventions in case of violations and meticulously documenting your findings in clear reports;Advising municipalities and colleagues on asbestos and demolition issues;Participating in projects aimed at improving compliance behavior among companies and individuals;Investigating reports of illegal asbestos removal and demolition and actively contributing to the follow-up phase of incidents.Additional Responsibilities for the Senior RoleAs a Senior Supervisor, you will combine deep subject matter expertise with leadership and strategic insight. In addition to regular supervisory tasks:You will be the subject matter contact within the cluster, collaborating with other seniors and serving as a sounding board for your colleagues;You will take the lead in the development and optimization of work processes and supervisory interventions;You will initiate and lead (chain) projects that contribute to a more robust demolition chain;You will ensure the safeguarding and implementation of improvements in collaboration with the coordinator;You will be an ambassador for the asbestos and demolition field, both internally and externally.
