We are committed to raising the bar for customer service across our 300 locations in India.About the Role:As a Junior Manager Supervisor, you will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring top-notch service quality and optimizing resource consumption.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve service excellence.Ensure that all contractual commitments to customers are fulfilled, maintaining high standards of workmanship.Supervise termite jobs and assist technicians as needed, while avoiding office-related tasks.Monitor and manage the distribution of materials, chemicals, and fuel, ensuring optimal usage.Conduct regular stock verifications and align physical inventory with NAV bi-weekly.Prepare materials for technicians ahead of their schedules, coordinating daily with planners.Allocate technicians effectively for daily deployments in collaboration with Service Providers.Work towards reducing material consumption and enhancing resource utilization on site.Notify management about non-moving inventory and monitor expiry dates proactively.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and conduct PPE distribution checks.Conduct surprise visits to evaluate service quality and provide feedback for improvement.Encourage technicians to submit leads and optimize termite service operations.Key Result Areas:Reduction in material costs.Improved efficiency in squad utilization and termite service operations.Decrease in complaints regarding termite services.Increase in lead submissions from technicians.Streamlined usage and distribution of PPE and materials.
