About the Associate Role As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will facilitate clients' access to the sought-after expertise they need. Your daily tasks will involve working on projects requested by clients, such as investment professionals, strategy team members, and business leaders, who seek expert insights. This front-line position emphasizes communication and requires strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects. Key responsibilities as an Associate include: Expert Recruiting: The majority of your time will be spent identifying and screening experts that match client projects, adhering to defined deadlines. Research: Quickly investigate and understand the background of relevant projects and markets, as well as applicable laws and regulations regarding client and expert interactions. Project Management: You will take ownership of all aspects of the project, from initiating and managing client-expert interactions to meticulously coordinating interview schedules.
