Join IFS as a Client Services Partner (CSP) in Tokyo, where you will play a pivotal role in our Global Customer Success (GCS) function. As a key collaborator with our sales team and customers, you will support the sales efforts by packaging, positioning, and integrating our cloud services. Our services portfolio encompasses customer success, implementation consulting, cloud managed services, and ongoing support and maintenance. While the sales lead manages the overall customer relationship, you will provide essential guidance and expertise on service delivery.
Working closely with both sales and delivery teams, you will help define customer outcomes and create actionable offerings that drive value throughout the customer lifecycle. Your role will be critical in shaping how our services are marketed and sold, necessitating strong communication skills and the ability to influence internal stakeholders. You will report to a regional team while focusing on a designated geographic territory.
Throughout the sales cycle, you will be involved from opportunity shaping to deal closure, collaborating with the sales team at every step. Key responsibilities include conducting customer requirement discovery workshops, presenting services aligned with customer goals, qualifying deals, and establishing the service sales strategy.
Your expertise will ensure that IFS proposals adhere to best practices and standards, minimizing risks for both customers and IFS. You will lead the content development of service bids, including documentation, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
