About the Role As an Inside Sales Account Representative at Keeper, you will play a crucial role in driving new business within a designated geography or vertical. This quota-carrying and revenue-generating position reports directly to our Inside Sales Manager. You will engage in complex selling processes and gain profound insights into our frontline sales strategies, all while crafting a vision that motivates clients to view Keeper as a trusted partner. Responsibilities Excel in a supportive yet independent work environment, with opportunities for personal and professional growth as our organization expands. Identify and engage new customers through cold outreach and lead generation initiatives via phone and email. Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Fluently communicate in both Japanese and English, in both spoken and written forms. Schedule and conduct sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis. Ensure all customers maintain an active Keeper contract. Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, keeping abreast of changes, updates, and new offerings. Engage in cold calling and role-playing exercises, and shadow experienced colleagues during calls. Foster relationships with clients to cultivate long-term partnerships.
