Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance quality assurance frameworks, identify and rectify defects, and continually improve product quality. A comprehensive understanding of embedded systems—encompassing both hardware and software—is essential for delivering top-tier solutions. You will also serve as a primary liaison among Mujin's global teams, including Mujin Europe and Mujin US, ensuring uniform quality standards across all regions. By promptly addressing local challenges and disseminating best practices, you will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction worldwide.Key Responsibilities1. Lead quality assurance initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, from inception to deployment.2. Develop and implement quality control processes and KPIs (e.g., FPY) to assess and enhance product performance.3. Maintain and analyze quality databases to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.4. Establish and uphold QA policies and procedures to guarantee consistent standards.5. Supervise manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.6. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues effectively.

This layer supports downstream applications like palletizing, piece picking, and depalletizing, enabling users to efficiently build solutions on our platform.We thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment that values close collaboration, open idea reviews, and rapid iteration. A culture of continuous learning and technical curiosity is strongly encouraged.As a member of the Robotics System Team, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing advanced algorithms that support Mujin's real-time industrial robot system.Areas of Responsibility and Team StructureThe team is divided into three main areas, allowing you to collaborate across disciplines while focusing on your specialty.Control Algorithms: Real-time trajectory control, robot dynamics, multi-body modeling, and precise execution control.Motion Planning: Interference checking, sampling-based motion planning, optimization-based planning, and high-speed bin picking operations.Packing Algorithms: Geometric reasoning, packing optimization, item placement strategies, and rapid combinatorial exploration.
