Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute Cognition's partnership strategy within the Japanese market. This role involves identifying, structuring, and activating collaborative partnerships with leading enterprises, system integrators, cloud providers, and government-aligned organizations to facilitate the adoption of Devin.You will play a pivotal role in establishing Cognition’s footprint in Japan, acting as both a market developer and strategic operator. This function requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to ensure that our partnerships translate into revenue growth, product insights, and sustainable market positioning.Your expertise in commercial strategy, technical acumen, and ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes in Japan will be critical to your success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Cognition’s partnership strategy in Japan, identifying and engaging high-impact partners across enterprise, system integrators, cloud, and public sectors.Source, structure, and finalize strategic partnership agreements that drive substantial revenue, enhance distribution, and promote the widespread adoption of our products.Collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including co-selling, co-development, and integrated deployment of Devin within partner ecosystems.Serve as the primary relationship manager for key partners, engaging with C-suite executives, innovation leaders, and technical stakeholders.Effectively navigate intricate, multi-layered organizations within enterprise and government sectors to maximize partnership effectiveness.
