With at least a decade of experience, you will lead on-site construction efforts, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Your role will include:
- Managing all facets of on-site construction activities for ground-up retail and restaurant projects.
- Acting as a liaison among developers, client representatives, government officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Enforcing company safety protocols and best practices.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Monitoring construction activities for adherence to plans and specifications.
- Exceeding quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Communicating workforce requirements proactively to subcontractors.
- Utilizing Procore Construction Management Software for project reporting from start to finish.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
