Collaborating with manufacturing engineers to ensure custom equipment aligns with design specifications. Working with vendors to review equipment drawings and specifications for customer compliance. Compiling installation details, including supplier installation drawings and manuals. Traveling to job sites to assess field conditions. Reporting project status to the Project Engineer, ensuring adherence to the project schedule. Designing parts or platforms essential for material handling systems. Completing additional engineering tasks as required. Qualifications We're Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 4-6 years of relevant experience in parcel projects. Experience with UPS and/or FedEx parcel projects is highly desirable. Proficiency in 3D CAD systems such as Inventor, SolidWorks, PTC CREO, and 2D AutoCAD, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. A flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
