• Base: $170,000–$200,000 CAD per year
• OTE: $250,000–$350,000 CAD per year
• Total Compensation: $420,000–$550,000 CAD per year (negotiable)

Role Overview:
The Vice President of Sales will spearhead efforts in acquiring new logos and driving gross new bookings. This role requires a proactive approach to building a robust pipeline, closing intricate services-led deals, and establishing our brand with new clients across warehouse operations, logistics technology, AI implementations, and supply chain strategy engagements. This is not a transactional sales position; rather, it is a consultative, enterprise services sales leadership role that demands strong discovery, solution framing, and executive-level selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee new logo bookings and ensure pipeline health
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on new client acquisition
- Develop and implement repeatable go-to-market motions for new logos by value stream
- Ensure disciplined discovery and thorough solution qualification
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B enterprise services or technology sales
- Proven track record of success in selling within the supply chain, logistics, and technology sectors
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a consultative approach
