Role Overview The Operations Coordinator works at the heart of project management and coordination in the Torrance office. This position connects with multiple office teams to keep projects moving, materials organized, and schedules on track. The role supports both internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. What You Will Do Review and interpret work orders, statements of work, proposals, quotes, and estimates. Gather and organize key documents from Sales and Estimation, such as blueprints and Bills of Materials. Lead job kickoff meetings, assigning crews and site leads. Work with Purchasing to confirm timely ordering, staging, and delivery of materials. Coordinate with the Warehouse to manage tool and equipment staging and availability. Allocate workforce and update schedules in the scheduling software. Communicate with customers to confirm timelines and coordinate with project managers, leads, and technicians. Process change orders and requests for information (RFIs). Track job financials, monitor budgets, and check that project performance meets financial goals. Review daily logs and handle job closeout and auditing steps. Coordinate field training and work with customers on timeline or schedule changes. Draft project plans and schedules, coordinating with subcontractors when needed. Arrange site walks and manage site clearances, badging, and access requirements. Support Project Managers and Site Leads with material management, shipping, and permits. Arrange travel for project teams. Location This position is based in Torrance, California.
