Your daily missions:
Customer Welcome & Experience:
- Warmly welcome guests and guide them throughout their stay
- Respond to their requests professionally and promptly
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality experience
Stay Management:
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Ensure billing and cash management
- Oversee the administrative tasks related to reception
Development & Loyalty:
- Promote the establishment's services (restaurant, special offers, loyalty program, late check-out, etc.)
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
