Performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: Preventive and corrective maintenance; Light bodywork repairs involving parts replacement (e.g., lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors); Substituting and repairing campervan spare parts; Troubleshooting and repairing campervan appliances.

The Role The Branch Operations Supervisor holds complete responsibility for the daily operations and performance of the city depot. This position is heavily hands-on (60–70% of the time) while also carrying significant managerial and financial accountability. You will lead the local team, manage depot costs, ensure effective fleet turnaround, and drive ongoing operational improvements. You will not only be accountable for execution but also for delivering results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, your mission is to maintain a high-performing, cost-efficient, and customer-focused operation every day. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing; Lead, mentor, and develop the local operational team, including planning shifts and providing performance feedback; Establish a positive culture and lead by example; Monitor daily KPIs and ensure compliance with SOPs; Track and enhance vehicle availability, including performing repairs as necessary; Manage depot cost performance, focusing on consumables and rework prevention while implementing disciplined cost control measures; Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments; Practical Requirements Ability to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg) and to stand, walk, and navigate the depot for extended periods; Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions; Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods to meet urgent operational needs; 3 - 5 years of experience in dynamic operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments; Strong leadership and communication skills;
