This position offers the rewarding opportunity to work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a Behavior Technician, you will utilize evidence-based strategies to teach essential skills, including communication, social interactions, and daily living tasks, all while minimizing challenging behaviors.
