Complete necessary documentation punctually and adhere to established procedures. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress, following guidance from the BCBA/BC. Maintain safety protocols when interacting with clients, and report any critical incidents or safety concerns appropriately. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment. Assist the BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skill acquisition resources.
