Main ResponsibilitiesAdministration and OversightOversee and manage network, system, and security infrastructures.Ensure daily management of network equipment, security measures, and IP telephony.Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructures.Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex level 2 incidents.Coordinate interventions with specialized teams and external providers.Support and AssistanceProvide technical support to users across all workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, video conferencing, etc.).Assist remotely or onsite (helpdesk) based on user needs.Welcome, listen to, and support users facing issues.Maintain accurate tracking of incidents using the Freshservice ticketing tool.Escalate incidents beyond your action scope.Management and DocumentationDeploy and configure workstations and peripherals.Manage Active Directory (create, modify, delete accounts).Provide application support and manage Microsoft 365 (O365).Write and update operational and monitoring procedures.Draft and present technical and incident reports in both French and English.Oversight and CoordinationManage oversight and coordination of external providers: tenders, selections, technical follow-ups, and contractual management.Provide regular reporting to local IT management and the group.Actively participate in IT projects (deployments, migrations, infrastructure evolutions).
