This pivotal role involves establishing the overall architecture and ensuring that solutions leverage both out-of-the-box (OOTB) ServiceNow modules and custom applications to transition legacy systems to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all architectural designs from various teams align with ServiceNow principles, ensuring they are reusable, reliable, and adaptable.Serve as the technical liaison between initial design phases and project execution, collaborating with project managers, business analysts, solution architects, and developers.Present solution approaches and roadmaps to senior stakeholders effectively.Optimize platform capabilities to achieve desired business outcomes efficiently.Lead requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support.Oversee ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow implementations.Collaborate with project resources to establish governance and processes for operational transitions.Provide insights into ServiceNow platform capabilities and development roadmaps.Work with technical subject matter experts to clarify data requirements.Guide the conversion of requirements into actionable design and migration strategies.Engage with customer SMEs and senior leadership to ensure comprehensive system requirements are met.Demonstrate proficiency in business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, and notifications.Foster a customer-oriented environment.Communicate effectively with diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
