You will operate at the intersection of client relations, commerce, and service delivery, collaborating closely with recruitment teams and consultants.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be tasked with developing projects and enhancing client relationships.
Specifically:
- Developing new client relationships within enterprise and government sectors.
- Expanding existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Assessing IT projects and technological challenges.
- Deploying IT consultants within client environments.
- Conducting commercial discussions with IT management and stakeholders.
- Realizing new assignments and expanding collaborations.
- Focusing on continuity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinating with recruitment regarding the availability and roles of consultants.
