Oversee the coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages ensuring timely and effective execution.Lead and mentor the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers, and package managers, to successfully deliver the CSA scope on a fast-paced technical project.Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Safety Team to enforce site safety protocols.Foster a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental stewardship within the team.Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation processes for all CSA works.Formulate a strategic approach for CSA project delivery while assisting the commercial team in developing Scope of Work documents and managing subcontractor inquiries and appointments.
