With our headquarters in Dublin, we proudly execute projects across Europe, establishing ourselves as the most trusted name in our industry.Participate actively in morning coordination meetings and afternoon DABs to ensure project alignment.Address vendor-related issues directly on-site.Engage in Cx and Client/vendor meetings to facilitate smooth communication.Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals from vendors while coordinating with the design team for timely responses.Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure effective commissioning processes.Analyze screenshots from BMS/EPMS vendors during Level 3 testing.Inspect completed works for QAQC sign-off upon vendor completion.Upload necessary documents and links onto the Cx portal to achieve Red/Yellow/Green tags.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the comprehensive delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements of projects from initial design to final completion.Oversee the management, tracking, and development of project budgets, costs, labor resources, commissioning procedures, and overall project performance.Establish and implement CSA activity setups, ensuring the integration of best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems from the project's inception.Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and project management to ensure alignment on project scope, quality standards, and timelines.Maintain a focus on client satisfaction through clear communication regarding progress, costs, and delivery milestones.Actively monitor Health & Safety compliance, fostering a robust safety culture while ensuring adherence to statutory and company regulations.Drive and evaluate quality performance, ensuring project standards and client expectations are consistently met and surpassed.Facilitate integration with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and commissioning teams, ensuring CSA works are integrated with overall project requirements and timelines.
