About the Role:
- The Customer Development Executive plays a vital role in ensuring client retention, managing renewals, implementing price increases, and addressing complaints for our commercial clients.
- This position requires collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive client retention, manage renewals, implement price increases, and facilitate up-selling initiatives.
- Oversee complaint management by identifying and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Monitor alert accounts and explore revival opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance branch performance.
- Conduct regular account reviews and manage the termination of non-reviving accounts.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for branch renewals.
- Focus exclusively on renewal business activities.
- Ensure timely completion of CCM/SQS/SQA tasks.
- Facilitate coordination between customers and operations teams.
- Support branch staff in focusing on new sales initiatives.
- Assist in lead generation efforts.

- Timely processing of renewal letters and updates in the renewal portal.
