Role Overview Intergarde is looking for a Sales Manager in Venlo, Limburg. This role centers on building new relationships with a broad range of organizations: SMEs, large enterprises, government agencies, healthcare providers, industrial firms, logistics companies, business service providers, and non-profits. The aim is to create lasting partnerships and become a trusted advisor for clients, especially through extended pre-sales cycles. Main Responsibilities Proactively approach and engage new business prospects across targeted sectors. Grow and maintain relationships that lead to sustainable, multi-year collaborations. Lead detailed conversations with key decision-makers at both strategic and operational levels. Map out client objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes. Advise clients on integrated security solutions and services provided by Intergarde. Work with internal experts to shape client needs into clear, compelling proposals. Collaboration and Process This position involves close cooperation with technical teams, project management, and operations. The Sales Manager ensures Intergarde’s services are presented clearly and persuasively. Regular monitoring of progress, thorough documentation, and smooth handover to other departments are all part of the job.
