To continue our scaling efforts, we need a visionary who can conceptualize who our customers are, what drives them, and how we can craft narratives that engage, convert, and leave a lasting impression. You will be the creative mastermind behind our ads and campaigns.Your RoleAs a Creative Strategist at fonio.ai, you will take charge of the conceptualization and ideation of our creative assets and campaigns. You will develop hooks, formats, messaging frameworks, and storytelling approaches, translating them into detailed briefs that our creative team (including web designers, content creators, and external UGC partners) can implement directly.You will collaborate closely with our Growth Lead, who oversees the strategic framework: channel strategies, KPI frameworks, and budget management. You will be the creative execution force behind this strategy, balancing operational tasks with a strong conceptual mindset while being attuned to performance data.You won’t be designing yourself; rather, you will think deeply and create briefs so effective that others can execute them flawlessly.Your ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and ideate ad creatives for paid social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and other channels—from hooks to narratives to CTAs.Develop messaging frameworks: What pain points, personas, and core messages resonate for various channels and formats?Create detailed, actionable creative briefs for web designers, content creators, and external UGC creators.Build and maintain a structured creative testing system: Develop hypotheses, define variations, document learnings, and iterate.Analyze ad performance data (hook rate, CTR, scroll-stop rate, CPA) and draw concrete creative conclusions.Continuously observe competitors and trends: What is working for other AI and SaaS brands? What formats are gaining traction on which platforms?Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, inspiration, and briefing processes.
