Join our team as a Sales Director – Data Solutions, where you'll play a pivotal role in the growth of our data services portfolio. We are looking for a strategic leader with extensive experience in selling complex enterprise data solutions, including Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), cloud data platforms, and data architecture services.This influential sales leadership position entails full ownership of the sales lifecycle, from crafting go-to-market strategies to nurturing strong client relationships and driving revenue growth within our Data Solutions division.Key Responsibilities:Lead revenue generation by managing the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualification through to closing and expansion.Formulate and implement sales strategies that align with McFadyen’s focus areas in MDM, CRM, PIM, cloud data platforms, and governance.Engage with senior executives (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) to assess business needs, position data-centric solutions, and solidify McFadyen as a trusted partner.Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, solution briefs, and client presentations that resonate with business objectives.Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, events, referrals, and inbound leads.Additional Responsibilities:Conduct client-facing workshops and discovery sessions to pinpoint pain points and propose customized solutions.Represent McFadyen at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing thought leadership in enterprise data transformation.Partner with alliances (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Akeneo) to devise co-sell strategies and enhance ecosystem outreach.Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting.
