Role overview The Senior Operations Specialist, Fleet & Strategic Partnerships, will strengthen Bolt’s fleet partner network in Lithuania. This position focuses on building, enabling, and scaling fleet operations, ensuring partners integrate smoothly with the Bolt platform. The role reports to the Supply & Growth Operations Manager. What you will do Act as the main point of contact for strategic fleet accounts in Lithuania Develop and implement strategies to maximize fleet efficiency and drive growth Design and roll out incentives and value-added services for partners Prepare P&L statements for new growth initiatives Negotiate and validate financial agreements with new partners Advise partners as a business consultant to help them succeed within the Bolt ecosystem Requirements Strong commercial background Experience with financial analysis and P&L development Ability to manage strategic relationships and drive operational improvements Compensation This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vilnius, Lithuania. The gross monthly salary ranges from 4000€ to 4800€, depending on skills, knowledge, and experience.
