Motivation to help others and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support (considered an advantage). Solid understanding of computer networking, including TCP/IP, OSI models, routing, firewalls, VLANs, and related protocols. Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
