Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and developing a team of Facility Service Managers (FSMs) to effectively support our client operations.
- Achieving financial objectives, including managing expenses and ensuring Independent Contractor (IC) margins meet expectations.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training operational staff, including FSMs and Night Managers.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring retention rates exceed 90%.
- Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with vendors and Independent Contractors.
- Ensuring compliance of ICs with service requirements and client scopes of work.
- Promoting cross-selling opportunities alongside the sales team.
- Participating in new client onboarding processes.
- Conducting building inspections and maintaining accurate client data in our CRM.
- Fostering employee development through regular performance reviews.
- Working directly with FSMs in the field and providing necessary support.
- Traveling within the market up to 50% of the time.
