We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract of six months. In this pivotal role, you will manage account operations, organize the dispatch and delivery of goods, and address customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and maintain accuracy of picking notes.
- Monitor production to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone, showcasing excellent communication skills.
- Update customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
- Brief team leaders on operational updates regularly.
- Oversee stock control and order processing.
- Fulfill objectives set by management and motivate teamwork within the workforce.
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) for ISO9001 & ISO14001 compliance.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in warehouse management.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- First aid training.
- Fire safety training or experience as a fire champion.
- Experience in warehouses handling mobile phones or electronic devices.
- Experience in managing customer complaints.

Additional Information:
