Proactively source leads through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and events. Exceed sales targets consistently. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales efforts. Monitor and analyze sales data to enhance outreach effectiveness. Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile. Required Skills & Experience:1-5 years of experience in public affairs, communications, or related fields. Results-oriented with a high level of motivation and responsiveness. Exceptional communication skills and sales energy. Prior sales or recruiting experience is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor's Degree required.
