Key Responsibilities for the UMON 6 Programme.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager from Northumbrian Water to assist in the following areas:
1. Delivery Coordination & Planning Support
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the master uMon6 installation schedule, including monitoring site readiness, installation dates, and completion status.
- Coordinating with contractors, operations, and IDS teams to ensure access, sequencing, and dependencies are confirmed.
- Proactively following up on pending tasks and resolving basic scheduling conflicts before they need to be escalated to the Project Manager.
2. Contractor & Documentation Management
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling and managing contractor documentation such as RAMS, permits, site packs, and MCERTS.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared prior to installations.
- Maintaining a clear audit trail of approvals and modifications.
3. Asset & Data Handover Assurance
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating post-installation data handover checks (including asset ID, telemetry setup, and commissioning status).
- Ensuring uMon6 assets are accurately registered and linked within the relevant asset data.
- Identifying and addressing missing or inconsistent data.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining precise delivery trackers that feed into Power BI dashboards.
- Updating SharePoint with the latest programme data.
- Generating routine progress updates and exception reports.
5. Governance, RAID & Action Management
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the programme RAID log to track actions and mitigations.
- Documenting and distributing meeting actions and outcomes.
- Monitoring overdue actions and reminding owners accordingly.
6. Stakeholder & Interface Support
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a consistent point of coordination between Project Managers, Operations, and contractors.
- Assisting in the preparation of briefing packs and updates.
- Minimizing ad-hoc requests directed to Project Managers.
