Bonus points if you have a love for snacks!Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.- Receive and unpack pallets from vendors, ensuring that physical inventory aligns with purchase orders/invoices, and rectify any discrepancies.- Oversee inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility.- Control waste and spoilage by adhering to FIFO practices.- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an organized manner.- Perform physical tasks including standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking throughout shifts.- Utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products.- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol.- Occasionally work in freezer locations during shifts.- Navigate several flights of stairs as part of daily duties.- Prepare quality beverages and food items while adhering to recipe and presentation standards.- Ensure accuracy in food and beverage packaging for delivery.- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines rigorously.- Receive and store orders/invoices, resolving discrepancies related to expiration requirements.- Sustain kitchen facility organization and standards to ensure efficient resource access while managing waste and spoilage responsibly.- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff.Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.- Preferred experience in a restaurant or retail environment.- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, especially during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts).- Familiarity with basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).- Capability to stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.- Availability for flexible hours, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
