This position will be located in Arlington, Virginia, and is contingent upon award.The project aims to enhance oversight and facilitate data-driven decision-making for foreign assistance programs. Responsibilities include supporting project design, developing outcome indicators, establishing performance monitoring systems, including Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) for assistance projects, planning and executing independent external evaluations, and reporting on findings, conclusions, and recommendations.The Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR/ACE) oversees foreign assistance initiatives across Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia, collaborating closely with the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) and various agencies to ensure cohesive, strategically aligned programming that meets regional needs.
