Main Responsibilities Harvest cannabis plants and manage post-harvest activities, including sanitizing and reloading flower rooms and handling cannabis waste. Monitor and ensure proper drying of harvested cannabis. Weigh and document materials accurately after harvest. Follow all standard operating procedures, directives, and company policies during daily tasks. Safety and Compliance Stay alert to potential hazards in the workspace. Understand and apply department-specific training. Report any safety incidents or concerns and participate in follow-up actions. Comply with all safety requirements, state regulations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. Adhere to GMP, biosecurity, sanitation, and other quality compliance protocols. Keep accurate records as directed by supervisors. Calibrate tools and equipment when instructed. Report and escalate safety or quality issues as needed. Working Conditions Frequent physical activity, including reaching, grasping, bending, and repetitive motions. Ability to sit or stand for long periods while maintaining focus.
